At Luna Tots, we understand how important it is for parents to feel confident and secure when shopping for their little ones. That’s why we offer a simple and fair Return & Refund Policy to make your experience stress-free.

🔁 Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

✅ Eligible Items for Return:

• Baby clothing that is unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

• Sealed baby cosmetics and baby care products unopened and in original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used baby skincare or cosmetic items.

• Personalized or clearance items.

• Items returned after 7 days from delivery.

📦 Return Conditions:

• Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will:

• Approve your refund if all conditions are met.

• Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

In case of a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer:

• A full refund, OR

• A replacement, based on your preference.
